360 Campaign
ROLE: Concept, Art Direction, Design, Content Creation
THE ASK: Client loved the previous campaign “Share Pocky. Share a Story” but for this round they wanted to highlight that Pocky is a mess-free & on-the-go snack. As Pocky successfully moved from the asian food aisle to the mainstream, we wanted to share these small moments with Pocky being shared anytime, anywhere.
PROBLEM: The campaign was successful the previous year, but we didn’t want to simply repeat the same idea. We needed to create a fresh evolution that felt distinct while maintaining continuity with the original campaign, while highlighting the product’s key benefits: being mess-free and easy to enjoy on the go.
With the campaign launching close to the holiday season, new client requests and unexpected changes surfaced throughout production, requiring us to stay flexible while protecting the core creative vision.
SOLUTION: We drew from everyday moments we personally connected with—road trips, shared memories, and the beautiful chaos of a lived-in home. This allowed us to highlight Pocky's mess-free, on-the-go benefits while preserving the heart of the campaign.
We brought the idea to life across social, OOH, digital, and other campaign touchpoints.
Despite last-minute client requests leading up to the holiday launch, we adapted quickly by making strategic creative adjustments and fitting an additional holiday shoot into our production schedule without compromising the campaign.
RESULTS:
Successfully delivered the original campaign along with additional last minute clients requests within a compressed production timeline.
Extended the campaign through timely holiday assets, allowing it to run beyond its initial launch.
Increased brand engagement and community awareness across social media, strengthening Pocky's connection with its fanbase.

A few days before the shoot, we were asked if we could fit an entire holiday spot into the schedule.
With some creative camera angles and a helpful team of elves, we were able to get it done, adding some extra holiday happiness to this campaign.

What better way to capture the joy of sharing Pocky than through the lens of social media? We created content that balanced trending formats with original ideas, making the brand feel more human, relatable, and shareable. Every piece was designed to spark conversation, encourage community participation, and celebrate the everyday moments that bring people together.
